    In submitting this form, you are reserving a book box, which you will need to send someone from your community to collect from the Montagu Centre. Please indicate when you would like to collect your book box. The Montagu Centre is open 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 9:00am-3:00pm on Friday.
